Ingredients
2 tbs Vanilla Pure Plant Protein
1 tbs water
3 tsp crunchy natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1 thin slice (40g) rye bread toasted
1⁄2 medium banana sliced
1⁄8 tsp ground cinnamon 1/8 -1/4 tsp to taste
2 tsp sunflower seeds (kernels)
Method
Combine protein powder, water and peanut butter in a small bowl.
Spread mixture evenly over toast and top with banana.
Dust with cinnamon and scatter over sunflower seeds to serve.
