Ingredients
1⁄2 cup (50g) rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten-free)
1⁄4 cup (30g) Pure Plant Protein vanilla protein powder
1⁄4 tsp mixed spice
1⁄2 cup (125ml) dairy-free milk
1⁄2 Granny Smith apple (medium) grated
12 whole almonds (roasted) roughly chopped
2 tbs goji berries or sultanas
1⁄4 cup (60g) dairy-free Greek yoghurt
1⁄2 cup fresh blueberries or other fresh berries
Method
Start by mixing oats, protein powder, and your favourite spices in a bowl until they're well combined
Add in the milk, grated apple, almonds, and goji berries, stirring everything together until it’s nicely mixed
Spoon the mixture into bowls, glasses, or jars, cover them up, and let them chill in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight
When you're ready to dig in, top it off with some yogurt and fresh berries for a delicious finish
