Ingredients
4 weet-bix
220ml plant-based milk
2 shots of espresso
maple syrup, to taste
Coconut yoghurt
90g Pure Plant Protein Vanilla Powder
Cocoa powder, for dusting
Method
Crumble the weet-bix into a glass container.
Mix in the milk, espresso, protein powder. Add maple syrup to taste.
Top with the yoghurt and dust with the cocoa powder.
Leave to set overnight ane enjoy in the morning!
